Sales & Orders
All sales are final. Because our products are fragrance decants — samples transferred from original bottles into clean, sealed vials — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
We take great care to ensure every decant is accurately labeled and carefully prepared. If you believe you received the wrong fragrance or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.
Orders are placed by filling out our order form and are considered confirmed only after we follow up via your preferred contact method to verify availability and finalize pricing. No payment is collected until your order is confirmed.

Shipping & Fulfillment
We ship nationwide across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and order size and will be communicated to you when we confirm your order. We always aim to keep shipping affordable and efficient.
Local pickup and delivery are available in Indianapolis, Indiana at no additional charge. Simply select your preferred fulfillment method when placing your order and we will coordinate a convenient time.
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping carriers: USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on order size and destination.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- Packaging: All decants are carefully wrapped and secured to prevent breakage in transit.
Note: Shipping rates are not flat-rate and vary by order. Your exact shipping cost will be confirmed before payment is collected. We will never charge more than the actual cost of shipping.

Every fragrance we offer is sourced from authentic, full-size bottles purchased from authorized retailers or reputable fragrance communities. We do not sell imitations, knockoffs, or inspired-by scents.
Decants are drawn from original bottles into clean, sealed vials and labeled with the accurate fragrance name, house, and size. What you sample is exactly what you would experience from the full bottle.
Our promise: If you ever believe a decant you received is not authentic, contact us immediately. We stand behind every product we sell and will address any concern personally.
